Evaluation of student performance is an important component of the teaching process and it is our endeavor to automate the same to make it as hassle-free as possible. Our Web Grade Book is your one stop solution to create, capture, calculate, compute, chart and communicate student progress.
Our web application enables teachers to set up various gradebook categories for assessment such as Tests/ Quiz/ Home Work/ Assignments/ Projects/ Exams etc., enter, view edit and save the marks that each student has scored. The scores that are fed into the system can thereafter be automatically converted into Grades. Our software further contains features to enter in the grades either as ‘letter-based’ or ‘number-based / GPA-based’ as desired.
School Nexus’s Web Grade Book facilitates automatic generation of Report Cards for each student based on the scores and the grades that they have earned in every gradebook assessment evaluation that they have taken part in. These can be generated at the mere click of a button at the end of every term of the school year including for the final term.
With our software, students / parents can be swiftly notified of the scores / marks / grades, as the case may be, as soon as it is uploaded onto the system. The scores once uploaded will be displayed in every student’s profile and can be accessed by the parent at any given time by simply logging in to the web application.Our system offers the school and its staff a simple yet powerful way to generate and maintain class grade book and report card in a systematic manner.
